Returns Policy

Thank you so much for visiting vuelf.com and making orders on our website. We believe that you make orders on our website because you believe in us and like our products. If there are some reasons that you have to cancel the order, we will respect your choice and the followings are the return policy of our website.

-Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmed will be 100% refunded;

-Orders cancelled after 24 hours of payment confirmed will be 60% product price and full shipping cost refunded;

-Once the order is shipped out, it can no longer be cancelled.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund the item. Please ship the item back with the return/exchange form included on the backside of your invoice within 5 business days of receipt.

Items must be sent back within 10 business days of receipt in new condition. Items cannot be worn or tried on, must be in the original packaging with all tags attached and be odor-free. 

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Promotional items of the product being returned must also be sent back; otherwise retail value will be charged.

Discounts from promotions and expedited shipping fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
